Bradley spent 12 hours watching the sun moving through a group of eucalyptus trees in Canberra and photographed the changes in light, shade and shadow throughout the day. She made this diptych by weaving those tapestries of light together, and through image reversal and inversion.
Commissioned as part of the City of Trees project for the Centenary of Canberra 2013.
First shown in ‘City of Trees’ The National Library of Australia, Canberra, Australia (2013).
