The British Art Show is held every 5 years and is widely recognised as the most ambitious and influential exhibition of contemporary British art. The 1990 show also toured to Glasgow and Leeds. It was curated by David Ward, Andrew Nairne and Caroline Collier.
Artists included: Cornelia Parker, Vong Phaophanit, Ian Davenport, David Robilliard, Sonia Boyce, Melanie Counsell.
