The Tzohar is the first artwork mezuzah designed by Jyll Bradley. Her mezuzah is inspired by the source of light (Hebrew: Tzohar) Noah was instructed to place in the ark. The Tzohar is made by grafting together the ancient and modern – cedar wood and Edge-Lit Plexiglas. The work’s fluorescent quality means that the Tzohar will change in appearance through the day, at moments casting translucent green light across the precious visible scroll (klaf) and door lintel.
Each mezuzah is beautifully hand-crafted in the UK by renowned maker Rob Orchardson and comes in an elegant presentation box with simple installation instructions. Please note that the Tzohar is designed for indoor usage only.
